I was worried about who would be able to take care of our baby dog (3 years old) while we traveled on a weekend trip to Venice. But Reilly has proven to be an invaluable asset.
On his first visit to meet her and her husband, they were very professional and took excellent notes about what my dog's preferences are (really, he's not spoiled like an only son).
Of all the time that she cared for Koyshi, I've never had a single doubt. I know I can trust her, and I know that our dog is in excellent care.

Reilly is one of the best dog sitters out there!
She is very attentive to the owner’s instructions and goes above and beyond what is expected.
I left my 6-month-old Cavalier King, Heidi, with Reilly for 2 weeks and by the end when it was time to go home, Heidi didn’t want to leave!
Reilly’s familiarity with animals really helps with peace-of-mind when having to leave your pet with someone for either a short or long period of time.
I had never met her in person before, but from our e-mail exchanges, I could tell she was a genuine person and real animal lover!
I recommend Reilly to anyone who needs a sitter for their pet.

Our prior pet sitter recommended Reilly when she moved. We started exchanging emails and I had a great feeling about her immediately. She asked more questions about our 13 yr old Husky to be sure she was able to provide her with the proper care than I did of her. She met with us prior to our 2 week trip and I was very impressed with her genuine love of animals, her clean home, and her binder with all our and other clients’ info (very organized). Reilly impressed me from our initial visit when she documented our dog's
schedule, temperament, wants, and needs. One thing I really appreciate is
her communication. She is always giving us updates. If I have a concern or
question she is very accommodating. Also, if you are working on a specific
training with your pet she will try and do the same at her house. Our dog
has been in Reilly's care countless times and I fully trust her. It's
wonderful knowing I don't have to worry about him while we are away.

-web based scheduling of some sort. facebook page maybe? something with a long range calendar that shows your availability.
-maybe you could send some type of update throughout the owners' trip? text message with a photo of the dog or something?

I have left my Frenchie (Buddy) with Reilly on several occasions, usually for about 10 hours at a time. He is always very energetic when I drop him off but because of all the interaction he gets with the other dogs, he is one tired pup when I pick him up. Reilly's place is clean and conveniently located on SS. I was worried leaving Buddy there for the first time so I messaged her and got a quick response letting me know that he was doing just fine. Her rates are affordable and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter.

Reilly is wonderful with our two Siberian huskies! Everything is just as we left it when we return home and the price is very reasonable. I love that she sends us updates while we are gone to keep our minds at ease. She is very organized and takes care to understand the specific needs and personality traits of the individual animal so they are comfortable while we are gone.

I highly recommend Reilly Happy Tails Pet sitting. Reilly was very accommodating with my schedule and provided a safe, and clean environment for my jack Russell terrier.
